Independent Design Review

An engineering design SME engaged with AIM Solutions to gain an independent perspective on a complex CE&I design prior to presentation to their client. Due to the size of the SME they did not have the internal capacity to maintain independence within the process and we were the perfect fit to apply our skillsets to carry out verification activities to ensure the design met the exacting client specification.

Our team supported this client by providing a fully optimised and rolled up programme reducing the total activities by 40%, we also supported their engagement with their client to agree a new baseline programme that was now realistic and achievable.
